PDLCD Glass

In this type of glass, liquid crystals surrounded by polymer and sandwiched layers are placed between two conducting layers. At this time, when there is no current, the liquid crystal molecules have a random state and scattered and this makes the glass opaque. As soon as the electric current is established, the molecules are in the same direction and this cause the glass to be clearly transparent. 

This type of glass can be used as a screen display from behind with the highest quality which is due to the properties of the liquid crystal, which is able to creat a high contrast. The advantage of smart glass or PDLCD overother screenshots is that the video projector is placed in front of the smart glass and on the opposite side of the image. Using this feature, shop windows  can be turned into advertising tools by turning glass into screens.
